We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with expertise in working with high nickel alloys. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and procedures, particularly in high-stress environments. This role involves fabricating and repairing components to meet strict quality and safety standards. If you feel you fit the bill, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on high nickel alloys ensuring precision and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Set up welding machines and equipment according to project requirements.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure weld quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with high nickel alloys (e.g., Inconel, Monel).
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and metallurgy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Certification in TIG welding (AWS or equivalent) is but not required
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for TIG welding on high nickel alloys.
