Salary: $30-$35 hourly -- Competitive, based on experience

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual lathes, Bridgeport mills, and will have experience creating/performing maintenance on tooling in a stamping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathes and Bridgeport mills to machine parts with precision.
• Follows preventive maintenance schedules to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
• Measure and verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in tool and die making or repair.
• Strong understanding of machine shop safety and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a machine shop environment.
