Tool Maker Apprentice / Shop Maintenance

Clean Machine shop and maintain machinery on a daily basis. Ability to learn to operate a variety of manual machines, such as Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders & EDM Machines. Performs assembly and disassembly of fixtures, dies, templates, molds, etc. Prior Machine Shop education & Training would be a plus. Students currently studying at Pima Collage would be considered for Part Time employment if needed.

Required Skills:

•     Good math skills

•     Ability to work without direct supervision

•     Ability to work from verbal & written instructions

•     Ability to learn basic machine operations

•    Ability to perform work on machines with safe practice's

•    Ability to pass a verbal and hands on test before being hired.

 •    Must be motivated for advancement & learning a great trade.
