Tools Service Technician

Minutemen Direct is recruiting for an experienced Tools Service Technician in Cleveland, OH area for a Tool Supply Company. Hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. Pay is $18-$22.00 BOE. Must have 3-5 years experience servicing pneumatic and electrical tools and good customer service skills in manufacturing and construction industries.

Responsibilities:

• Receive tools and perform tool repairs, warranty repairs and repair estimates.
• Cost estimate, prepare quotes and submit to customers, also estimate repair orders and prepare repair quotes.
• Follow up with customers as and when needed.
• Wait on customers and perform counter sales duties.
• Responsible for general office and building maintenance.
• Assist in shipping & Receiving including loading & unloading.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service
• Epicor-P21( ERP system)
• Order entry
• MS Word/Excel
• 3-5 years servicing pneumatic and electrical tools
