Town Planner\n Location – Birmingham\n\nAnderselite are currently recruiting for a Town Planner to join a leading real estate services firm based in their Birmingham office with hybrid working arrangements available. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading team working in a role which will combine technical input whilst also further developing your career.\n\nWithin this role, you will focus on providing planning advice across residential, public sector, education, commercial/industrial, and retail/leisure sector projects. You will work closely with clients and senior colleagues, developing relationships and ensuring professional, accurate advice is delivered within set deadlines for specific projects to develop the client portfolio and increase revenue.\n\nFor this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with RTPI accreditation (or close to completion).

Ideally you will also have:\n\n2-3 years of broad planning experience with demonstrable technical competence in relevant sectors.\nUnderstanding of business development and client relationship management.\nInterest and understanding of the wider real estate sector.\nBusiness and report writing experience.\nExcellent communication skills.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a market leading team working in an exciting and varied role.
