Associate Town Planner – Bedford | Hybrid

Strategic Planning Consultancy | Urban Regeneration & Large-Scale Development

Your Role


  • Provide expert planning advice to clients.
  • Lead and collaborate on a variety of projects.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, local plan representations, and appeals.
  • Manage site promotion and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Keep updated on planning policy changes at local and levels.
  • Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Work closely with Associate Directors & Directors.


What You’ll Need


  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in planning (public or private sector).
  • Degree in Town Planning or similar.
  • RTPI membership.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Full driving licence & access to a car.
