Associate Town Planner – Bedford | Hybrid

Your Role
- Provide expert planning advice to clients.
- Lead and collaborate on a variety of projects.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, local plan representations, and appeals.
- Manage site promotion and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Keep updated on planning policy changes at local and levels.
- Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Work closely with Associate Directors & Directors.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in planning (public or private sector).
- Degree in Town Planning or similar.
- RTPI membership.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Full driving licence & access to a car.
