Location: Manchester\n Salary: £28,000 - £40,000, Depending on Experience\n\nA well-established planning consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to support its growing portfolio of large-scale residential and strategic development projects. With a strong reputation for delivering complex planning applications, environmental assessments, and sustainability-focused developments, they provide a dynamic and collaborative environment for professional growth.\n\nThe Role\n\nThis position offers the opportunity to work on major residential schemes, assisting in managing projects from inception to determination.
