Could you be the full-time Track Switches Engineer (Electrical) in Bangkok we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. You'll responsible for Monorail Switch Electrical design and site electrical installation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business manage electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical parts during their complete lifecycle; from research, evaluation, test and creation of Control Panels. and much more. You’ll specifically take care of draft and prepare electrical layout plans, schematics., but also responsible for PLC module programming and overall functioning of Control Panel. We’ll look to you for: Analyze, study & review Clients requirements and specification, subcontractor specifications and all other references to be integrated in the review process. Coordinate Control and Electrical Components design for Switch Control Panel with different internal department/subsystem and subcontractors/consultants/clients. Communicate with Suppliers, evaluate different Components and implement the best Cost-To-Performance solutions, having in mind Life Cycle Cost and overall Product Safety. Prepare all required documentation, layouts and schematics; conduct Design reviews (PDR and FDR) for the subsystem. Support site installation and commissioning of the Switch Control Panel. Prepare Test and PICO (Post Installation Checkout) Procedures and produce Test Reports. Respond and create RFI, letters, transmittal and MOM from subcontractor/subsystem/ client. Monitors and supervises assigned project from the beginning to handover. Coordinate within the Wayside Department regarding all concerns, priorities and field modifications.
