Trainee Welder / Fabricator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Fabricator for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.



The successful candidate will have some technical/practical/engineering experience or knowledge and will be a keen learner.



Roles & Responsibilities:



* Operating various machinery including break press and punch press machines



* Cutting materials



* Working from drawings and diagrams



* Using hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinets



* Fabricating products



* Welding (with training, supervision and guidance)



Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:



* Strong eye for detail



* Keen to learn new skills



* Some practical/engineering knowledge



* Ideally an engineering qualification or similar at college (not essential)



* Hardworking & reliable



Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.



In return our client offers a salary from £11.50 depending on experience.
