Overview
We are seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our Engagement & Coordination Team within The Group Transformation & Advisory Department.
The Group Transformation & Advisory Department are responsible for establishing and managing a set of initiatives to foster greater alignment within the Saudi Aramco Group organization through direct and indirect interventions.
Your primary role role focuses on coordinating key workstreams, ensuring alignment across Saudi Aramco’s Group Operating Model, Affiliate Alignment (In-Kingdom and Out-of-Kingdom), and Corporate Functions. You will be responsible for program execution, governance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive efficiency and alignment across the Saudi Aramco Group.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Support and coordinate the execution of key workstreams, including Group Model Advisory, Affiliate Alignment, Shared Services, and Corporate Functions Evolution.
- Ensure compliance and governance tracking for all initiatives, ensuring timely reporting to NomCo, P&OC, Steering Committees, and senior executives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency across affiliates and corporate functions.
- Work closely with Workstream Managers to define project goals, milestones, and performance indicators, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor program risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and successful initiative implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure smooth communication between affiliates, corporate functions, and transformation leadership.
- Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring alignment with the broader transformation agenda and enabling smooth adoption of new processes.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or a related field. An advanced degree is .
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in corporate transformation, consulting, or enterprise program execution.
- Experience in program management, governance tracking, and operational execution in large organizations.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills, with the ability to manage reporting, monitor KPIs, and track execution milestones.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across multiple business units.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, change management, and program tracking tools.
- Exposure to group operating models, affiliate alignment, and transformation programs.
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) or managing synergies across multiple business entities
