Job Description: Operations Manager – Swing Shift
Location: Palos Verdes Estates, CA
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 1 PM to 10 PM (weekend availability required)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee evening operations for our facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance during the swing shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: Maintain compliance with JCAHO and DHCS standards, ensuring all practices align with regulatory requirements.
• Staff Oversight: Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance.
• Technology Management: Utilize Kipu software effectively for documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Facility Operations: Oversee vehicle and facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and operational environment.
• Client Management: Coordinate intakes and discharges with a focus on thorough documentation and a client-centered approach.
• Staff Training: Implement and conduct training sessions to uphold quality and consistency across the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment within Detox (DTX) and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) settings.
• Familiarity with JCAHO and DHCS standards is required.
• Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Kipu or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities during the swing shift.

Schedule & Availability:

• Swing shift hours: 1 PM to 10 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.
• Must be available to work weekends every week without exception.
