Your work profile Deloitte is actively hiring for Project Managers /Business Analysts experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in the areas of Digital Business Services. Associate will need to have a minimum of seven years of Business Analysis experience to be eligible for the role. The role holders shall be deployed with one of Deloitte’s leading global banking clients responsible for world class strategic transformation of Digital Business Services through smart execution. Deloitte engages as a strategic partner with their clients to envision world class innovative digital capabilities enabling them to digitize at scale and simplify the lives of their end customers. Transformation Managers/Business Analysts lead design activities and operating model definition and are at the centre of Business Change (Digital Delivery) function. Primarily, the Transformation Managers/ Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes. They will lead multi skilled teams responsible for the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Transformation Managers/ Business Analysts often act as experts across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their approach to Requirements Management and analysis Transformation Managers/ Business Analyst’s shall also oversee Change Management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organization alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback. Desired qualifications Lead delivery of process re-engineering agenda across the business Design Processing Journeys that are centered around customer centricity, with solutions focusing on customer CTQs Designing and implementing global or regional initiatives, working with stakeholder to identify opportunities, designing proposed changes, implementing and embedding the change, realizing expected saves / customer impacts upon closure Plan, design and implement a program of transformation across global teams, resulting in improved client experience, reduced cost to the Operation and increased efficiency within operational processes. Manage solution design (IT and Non-IT) and drive prioritization with wider program stakeholders Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods Ensure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunities Understand policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and work with relevant Risk Stewards to determine risk-based solutions Benchmarking competitors - Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact Business process management Business process improvement Process mapping Process re-engineering Lean Six Sigma (Methodology).
