Turnaround Field Coordinator

Airswift is seeking a Turnaround Field Coordinator to work on a project until the end of October in Deer Park, TX.



Job Description: Field Coordinator (Night Shift 6pm-6am)

As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during our night shift. Key responsibilities include:

• Must have a TWIC card.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Serve as the point of contact between the field and other departments.
• Coordinate and prioritize fieldwork.
• Escort trucks onsite.
• Assist co-workers with problem-solving and troubleshooting inquiries pertaining to shipments arriving and departing the site.

Additional Duties:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all onsite activities, including shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures throughout the field operations.
• Provide real-time updates and reports to management on the progress and any issues encountered during the shift.
