UKG Systems Analyst - FULLY REMOTE

Our client company, a very successful, well-established, and rapidly-growing manufacturer of specialty outdoors recreational equipment, amenities, and furnishings, is looking to hire a UKG Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This position is 100% FULLY REMOTE and can be performed from your home office. The UKG Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting and helping to implement the organization's changeover from their current HRIS system to UKG across the board. The company owns about 50 business units across the country and this role will be responsible for helping plan and implement the roll-out nationwide. Once the changeover has been completed, this role will then be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the UKG system to ensure it works correctly. To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• A 4 year IT-related degree;
• 2+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis;
• 2+ years of experience with UKG
