Your key responsibilities

We call our human resources group the Talent Team, and this reflects how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms employees achieve their goals. You might support the strategies for workforce planning and employment, recruiting & employer branding, new joiner orientation and learning & development.

You can be part of our Talent Team, as a member of one of the following functions:

  • Talent Attraction & Acquisition: Support the TA2 function by uploading new job requisitions to the company’s ATS, scheduling Interviews, screening resumes and application forms and attending internal meetings.
  • Enablement: Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
  • Talent Development: Contributing to the L&D department's initiatives.
  • Reporting
  • Employer Branding: Support Employer Branding function by leveraging both its talent attraction and employee engagement practices, to bring the best Talent to EY.
  • How’s it structured

    After kicking things off with an EY induction, you will meet your buddy that will guide you through your first days at EY and you’ll join your team to start working on real client projects. At this point, you can stop thinking of yourself as an intern and start thinking of yourself as a professional. Don’t forget that your colleagues can also help and teach you, so ask lots of questions.

  • BSc in Business Administration, Digital Systems, Industrial Management & Technology or other relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
  • Fluency in English language
