The Urgent Care Clinical Operations Manager will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the San Joaquin Valley. 

The Urgent Care Clinical Operations Manager will report directly to the Urgent Care Director. Supported by the Medical Director, Operations Director and tight knit experienced staff,  this person will help grow urgent and primary care staff throughout the facility to ensure safe and quality care is provided by all. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and previous urgent care leadership experience. 

The Urgent Care Clinical Operations Manager will be in charge of making sure staff is providing high quality and cost effective care to all patients that also complies with state and federal requirements.  This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the facility. In addition, the position requires developing, hiring and maintaining staff. The Urgent Care Clinical Operations Manager will also need to collaborate with the Medical Director and Operational Director to best plan the day to day function of the clinic.  Most importantly, this role requires supervision of staff to ensure safe and quality care for all.
