Salary: £50,000-70,000K DOE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering IT projects, specifically with hands-on knowledge of business software within the Unit4 Agresso ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful ERP implementation and upgrade projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The candidate must possess a valid PRINCE2 qualification and be well-versed in project management methodologies to lead our team in achieving its project goals.

Key Responsibilities

- \nProject Delivery: Manage and oversee the successful delivery of Unit4 Agresso ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
- \nStakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure clear communication and project success.
- \nRequirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather, document, and understand their requirements for the ERP system and translate them into project deliverables.
- \nProject Planning: Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed timescales, scope, and budget.
- \nResource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring the project is sufficiently staffed and that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
- \nRisk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed.
- \nReporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, issues, and overall progress.
- \nQuality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and work with the team to perform necessary testing and validation.
- \nTraining & Support: Oversee user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- \nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies within the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
\n
- \n
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, particularly in the implementation, upgrade, or optimization of Unit4 Agresso ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with business software, particularly within the Unit4 Agresso ERP suite. Understanding of finance, HR, procurement, and other business functions in the context of ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a project team while keeping them focused and aligned on project goals.
- Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
