Job Title: Division Manager (Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Wet Utilities, Storm, Sewer, Water, etc.)

Project Types: Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Wet Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Storm, Sewer, Water, Telecommunications, Electrical, Dry Utilities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all essential Division Manager job responsibilities
• At a high-level promote relationships to foster future success and opportunity for the team
• Oversee daily construction needs and support the executive and site supervision teams
• Work with site supervision and design professionals on schedule, change orders, & RFI’s
• Help Project Teams to Maintain the project schedules and budgets
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owners, Architects, and Contractors
• Encourage an environment that promotes safety and safe working habits
• Manage division deliverables

Skills & Qualification:

• 10+ years experience managing projects for reputable Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities or Heavy Civil contractors
• Experience with Projects focused on Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Sewer, Storm, Water, Earthworks, Excavations
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related , or equivalent field experience.
