Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Annual Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) to join a well-established dealership specializing in Performance, Prestige, and 4X4 vehicles. Key Responsibilities:



Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance & repairs following manufacturer standards

Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections

Diagnose and resolve mechanical & electrical faults

Provide expert technical advice to customers when required

Work closely with the service team & workshop control to maintain smooth operations

Support and mentor fellow technicians to ensure team success



What We’re Looking For:



✅ NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

✅ Understanding of vehicle safety standards & diagnostics

✅ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

✅ Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality

✅ MOT Licence (advantageous but not essential)

✅ Valid UK Driving Licence required
