The role
Vendor Onboarding & Roster Coordinator
Darwin - 5 days at site *must have own transport to travel to site
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience with vendor onboarding and administrative processes
- Background in business process improvement and user training within the oil and gas and mining industries
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors (SAP)
- Experience with MyPass or similar contractor competency management and onboarding systems.
Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
(Australian , PR holder, or Valid Australia working VISA)
