Location: Singapore Central Work Type: Permanent Salary: to Drybulk Shipping Industry Commodity Industry Main Responsibilities Charter Party Execution: Manage and execute charter party agreements. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and provide instructions to various stakeholders and counterparties along the CP chain, including masters, agents, bunker suppliers, charterers, technical managers, classification societies, and P&I clubs. Voyage Optimization: Optimize voyage operations and performance. Post-Fixture Tasks: Handle post-fixture tasks, including hire and freight invoicing, laytime calculation and settlement, and final hire reconciliation and settlement. Ship Owners' Matters: Address matters related to ship owners. Claims and Disputes: Manage claims and disputes with various counterparties. Voyage P&L Management: Oversee voyage profit and loss management. PDA Negotiation: Negotiate PDAs and appoint agents. Bunker Planning: Plan bunkering activities. OPEX Assessment: Assess operational expenditures and arrange payments. Team Participation: Provide comprehensive input and actively participate in team processes. Data Management: Create and maintain accurate records of vessel details, time charter contracts, and voyage-related revenue and expenses in the operation system. Compliance and Safety: Work directly with ship managers, P&I clubs, and classification societies to ensure high standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures for both vessels and crew. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as required. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Maritime Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping or maritime, preferably in the bulk sector.
