With over 20 years of experience in the field, and various facilities throughout the Americas, their business is growing into new markets and as such requiring new talent.Your new roleThe responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Administrative Support: Act as the primary support for the HR Manager, handling administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operation of the HR department.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and questions, providing a reliable point of contact for HR-related issues.HR Strategy Implementation: Assist in the execution of strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational changes and objectives. Help create and refine HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Legal and Labor Law: Keep abreast of legal requirements, ensuring the organization’s HR practices comply with labor laws.Branch Support: Provide HR support and guidance to US branches, ensuring consistency in HR practices across locations.Organizational Structure: Evaluate and help implement organizational structures, contributing to the development of a positive work culture.Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job profiling to candidate selection and onboarding.Payroll and Leave Management: Manage payroll processing, including tracking of vacation and sick leave in the HR system.What you'll need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field4-5 years of experience in Human ResourcesBilingualismPrevious experience with USA employment regulationsAnalytical with great attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat you'll get in returnIn addition to a flexible salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, enjoy a vacation policy of three weeks, providing ample time for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits.
