Role SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team, focusing on the execution of controls required in the Client Lifecycle Management process. The successful candidate will ensure that client documentation meets all policies, standards and applicable local legal/regulatory requirements. This role provides a unique chance to interact with a wide range of departments including Legal, Compliance and Risk Management functions.Opportunity to work within a global team in a leading financial institutionFocus on Client Lifecycle Management and regulatory complianceInteract with various departments including Legal, Compliance and Risk ManagementResponsibilitiesExecute controls required in the Client Lifecycle Management processEnsure client identification documentation, name screening and data capture activities meet the Bank’s policies, standards, and applicable local legal and regulatory requirementsSupport the PB Client Lifecycle Management framework for PB AU clientsInteract with a wide range of Front Office employees as well as Legal, Compliance and Risk Management functionsUphold the highest standards of control, always keeping data integrity in mind while carrying out day-to-day tasksAct as Subject Matter Expert in various aspects of the account maintenance / Change-in-Circumstance processesManage key stakeholders in Front Office, COO, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Platforms and IT from Australia locationsPerform data capture and validation in the Client Relationship Management systemRequirements3-5 years of relevant client account maintenance experience within Banking (Private Banking experience is preferred)Experience in liaising with offshore teamsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbility to uphold the highest standards of control, always keeping data integrity in mind while carrying out day-to-day tasksKnowledge of Tax topics like FATCA and AEI, Investment Suitability and other mandatory requirements to ensure all accounts satisfy the required regulatory and policy standardsSOW/SOF and Institutional KYC experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
