An Amazing luxury property management/multifamily company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Maintenance to oversee and enhance the maintenance operations of our 70 senior living communities spread across twenty-one (21) states. The VP of Maintenance will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our senior living communities while upholding our high standards of service.
This position requires that you have experience overseeing multiple locations across several states.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; advanced degree .
• Proven experience, 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing maintenance/facilities operations, preferably within senior living, property management, multi-family, healthcare, or hospitality industry. Experience overseeing multiple (10+) living communities or multi-family properties is required, with a preference for candidates who have managed across multiple states.
• Proven track record of leading large teams across multiple locations
• Strong technical expertise in maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance programs and asset management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to maintenance operations in senior living communities is .
• Ability to travel
• Ability to develop and manage capital improvement budgets and projects
