customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual
to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics / Production Coordinator. This role is crucial in
ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse production and logistics processes.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Logistics / Production Coordinator will play a key role in
overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our warehouse logistics and production
operations. This includes coordinating shipments and optimizing logistics processes to meet
customer demands, as well as coordinating and facilitating the needs of the production team,
while working closely with the inventory planner and warehouse manager. The successful
candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong
understanding of warehouse management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
 Prepare shipping documentation, including packing slips and bills of lading.
 Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring
and obtaining the most competitive rates available.
 Track and monitor shipments to provide accurate and timely updates to relevant
parties.
Production Coordination:
 Assist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans to support
production schedules and minimize inventory costs.
 Work closely with the production, purchasing, and management teams to align
material availability with production demands.
 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate
changes in demand or production issues.
 Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize
material flow and reduce waste.
 
Quality Control:
 Conduct inspections of outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company and
customer quality standards.
 Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to product quality or
quantity.
 

Qualifications:
 Prior experience in a similar role.
 Experience working in a certified environment, preferably in the food industry,
i.e. GMP, BRC certified facilities.
 Familiarity with Inventory software and shipping systems.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
