We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operation/Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

​Responsibilities:

• You will have to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse.
• Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers.
• Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and cycle count functions. Make sure all the orders are pulling through a scanner/tablet.
• Enhance warehouse efficiency through effective processes and excellent training - ensuring safety is the top priority for all employees and managers
• Allocate and schedule the orders/deliveries as per their respective Zone in a timely manner.
• By utilizing the stockers, make sure all the products are properly stocked and available for the customer.
• Help out purchasing department regarding customers’ needs and keep updated what we are out of stocked.
• All the deliveries that are coming from the vendors, needs to be count and received from the scanner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Overseeing inventory levels, recording incoming and out coming products and generating inventory reports.
• Work with the Ordering manager to setup daily customer's Routes.
• Never compromise on customer service at front counter and make sure each customer gets valued and served with excellence.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related subject area, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the respective field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a Positive Attitude and Resilience: Adapts positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges and change in order to achieve and sustain peak effectiveness.
• Strong & clean background in warehouse operations and inventory control.
