Position Title: Waste Management Specialist

Pay Rate: $28/hour 

Schedule: Day Shift, 8 AM - 5 PM 

Primary Purpose:

The Waste Management Specialist will provide essential support to the Technical Service team, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and management of both customer and company-generated waste associated with Infinite Sustainable Solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, exhibit strong prioritization skills, and possess knowledge in waste characterization as well as state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist sales personnel with customer profile requests, answering technical inquiries, and making recommendations for problem resolution. 

- Classify waste in accordance with RCRA, EPA, and DOT regulations. 

- Conduct research on chemicals and relevant regulatory literature as needed. 

- Perform data entry across multiple platforms. 

- Provide exceptional customer service. 

- Utilize SAP for various tasks. 

Required Qualifications: 

- High School Diploma. 

- Successful completion of company drug screening. 

Desired Qualifications:

- science-based degree (e.g., Chemistry, Environmental Science). 

- Certification in CHMM/CHMP. 

- Training in DOT/RCRA regulations. 

- Strong attention to detail. 

- Effective communication and organizational skills. 

- Ability to work with a sense of urgency. 

- Collaborative mindset and motivational skills.
