Job Title: Water and Sewerage Engineer Location: Cairo, Egypt Contract Details: Full-time A leading construction firm in Uganda, is seeking a skilled and experienced Water and Sewerage Engineer to join our team in Kampala , UGANDA,  As a Water and Sewerage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining water and sewerage systems for various projects in Uganda.  NOTE : (PILLARS Is sourcing for the client Various Engineeris since 2016 to Date, Various Levels From Engineers to Department Heads , with Excellent Track Record )  Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop plans for water and sewerage systems based on project requirements and regulations. - Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for system design. Prepare cost estimates and project timelines. Oversee the construction and installation of water and sewerage systems, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications. Monitor and inspect the quality of materials and workmanship during construction. Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction or operation of the systems. Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure the integration of water and sewerage systems with other infrastructure. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve system design and operation. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and sewerage system design and construction. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations related to water and sewerage systems. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
