Days Friday –Sunday 06:00 -18:00

36 Hours Per week



Hourly Pay £36,523 – £40,641 + Weekly Production Bonus + OT

19 Days Holiday Plus Public Holidays

Overtime @ 1.5

6 Month Probation Period



Key Responsibilities:



* Perform reactive maintenance to address breakdowns and minimize downtime.



* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure machinery runs efficiently and reliably.



* Diagnose and repair mechanical related faults.



* Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.



* Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.



* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and productivity.

What skills are you going to bring to the team?



* Mechanical qualifications (time served apprenticeship).



* 5+Years’ experience of operating in a medium/large automated manufacturing operation within a heavy industry.



* Experience in a maintenance mechanical engineering role.



* Experience of welding and fabrication. ( preferably MMA, MIG & MAG)



* Experience of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and stock control systems.



* Experience of working with engineering schedule KPIs.



* Effective communication skills and a team player.



* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.



* High attention to detail.



* Extensive knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
