Welder

We are currently looking for 4 skilled MIG or TIG Welders to join an Automotive Manufacturer based in Darlington on a temporary basis.



This role includes a 2 shift rotation:

Monday to Friday 6AM - 2PM

Monday to Thursday 2PM - 11:30PM

Overtime available

Rate £15.10 per hour



Requirements

MIG or TIG welding experience (MIG is preferable)

Able to weld to automotive quality standard 2 - 3mm

Demonstrable relevant experience in welding/fabrication within a sheet metal manufacturing environment using MIG, TIG or ARC/MMA.



The Welders will manufacture by welding component parts to engineering drawings.



Key Responsibilities:

To fit and weld component parts.

Working to production schedules.

Reporting product and facility faults, defects and omissions.

Be an active team player and be able to work within a larger team structure.

Must be flexible in working with other functions if required.



Education/qualifications required:

Time served Apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
