Job Description:

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in Bay City for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This position offers an hourly wage of $17-19, depending on experience. The ideal candidates will have experience in welding and a keen eye for detail, specifically in the production of office furniture.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks to fabricate and assemble office furniture components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.

• Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as needed.

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.

Shift Schedules:

• 1st Shift: [6a-230p M-F Sat 5a-10a]

• 2nd Shift: [4p-130a M-F]
