We are a leading manufacturing company in Lakeville, MN, looking for skilled Welders to become part of our dynamic team. If you're experienced, dependable, and dedicated to producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding to fabricate top-notch parts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accuracy.

• Inspect and test welds to confirm they meet quality and specification standards.

• Maintain and clean welding equipment and work areas.

• Adhere to safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (certifications are a plus).

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Overtime available on Fridays.
