We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team at a steel facility. We seek someone who is motivated, takes pride in high-quality work, and is an excellent team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble structural components according to specifications and drawings
• Ensure all welds and assemblies meet our high standards for quality and durability
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflows
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of two years in welding/fabrication ; recent vocational school graduates are encouraged to apply, as training is available
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of work without compromising quality
• Attitude: Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and improvement
