Andros Engineering seeks Welder/Fabricators of all experience level for our location in Paso Robles.

Welding experience is REQUIRED.

Requirements:

• Self-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
• Fabrication skills utilizing power and hand tools, FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and mobile equipment
• Experience with basic machining
• Read and understand mechanical drawings
• Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
• A background in agriculture or heavy equipment is beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to accept training, work overtime as required
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• A basic welding test is given during the interview

Compensation and Benefits:
• Position is hourly with wages based on experience $19-24+/hr.
