Welder Fabricator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator on behalf of our client based in Braintree, Essex, on a permanent basis.



The successful candidate will be responsible for completing welding tasks to a high standard, working with various materials, and ensuring that all projects meet the required specifications.



Roles and Responsibilities



* Performing MIG and TIG welding tasks on various materials.



* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to complete work accurately.



* Ensuring all welding work is completed to a high standard and meets quality requirements.



* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.



* Reporting any issues or defects to the relevant team members.



* Collaborating with the team to ensure production deadlines are met.



Experience, Education & Qualifications



* Proven experience as a MIG / TIG Welder.



* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.



* Excellent attention to detail and quality control.



* Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.



* Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.



* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to welding.



Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.



In return, our client offers a starting salary from £13.00 per hour, DOE.
