My Client is well established, industry leading Engineering company. Based in Country Durham, they have seen year on year success, with further growth plans for 2021. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Welder / Fabricators to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Your primary responsibility is to fabricate from engineering drawings.
\n
Welder / Fabricator Main Duties:
\n
- \n
- Being quality focused and able to work on own initiative
- Using hand tools; rivet guns, drills, insert machines
- MIG / TIG welding
- Grinding and dressing
- Working with stud weld
- Working from technical drawings
- Liaising with the office on new drawings
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Welder / Fabricator Role Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Time Served MIG/TIG Welder
- Experience with sheet metal
- Engineering manufacturing background
- Ability to inspect own work
- Knowledge of engineering drawings
- Numerically able to work out measurements
- Flexibility with regards to shifts and over-time
