We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the welding, fabrication, and assembly of custom iron gates and fencing.

Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Welding: Perform MIG welding on iron materials to fabricate and assemble iron gates and fencing products, following project specifications and company quality standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed products for defects, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot welding and fabrication equipment, keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet project deadlines and ensure product consistency.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and industry safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in MIG welding, specifically with iron gates, fencing, or similar products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (standing, bending, etc.) for extended periods.
• Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship.
