Fabtration is now hiring welders and fitters! Full-time positions available!

Fabtration is a custom steel fabricating company in Georgetown, Indiana. We are looking for experienced candidates at our facility. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.

Types of welding performed at Fabtration:

Mig welding
Stick welding
Flux core
 

FULL TIME: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Our starting pay ranges between $17.00 - $22.00 an hour BOE.

Our pay is based on experience. Each candidate will be scheduled to come in for a weld test and interview. The weld test will showcase the individual's work and allow our team to place you in the best fit position.

Must be capable of reading a tape measure down to a sixteenth of an inch
Must be physically capable to perform general steel fabrication work requirements. (Standing, crawling, climbing, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own pair of steel toed boots, a welding hood & welding gloves.
