Job Role: Site Welder Fitter - Supervisor\nLocation: Leicestershire\nShift: 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 2pm on Fri\nPay Rate: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour\n\nBenefits: Permanent position, company events, company pension, career progression, overtime.\n\nOverview:\n\nOur client is seeking a Skilled Welder / Site Fitter Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, welding, and site fitting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Must be willing to travel to sites across the MIdlands region and London.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLeading site based projects\nReading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications\nFabricating and welding metal components using MIG/TIG and other welding techniques\nPerforming site fitting and installation of fabricated components\nEnsuring quality and accuracy of workmanship\nAdhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times\nCollaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results\nMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentQualifications:\n\nUK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)\nProven experience as a fabricator/welder, with expertise in MIG/TIG welding\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment\nCertification in welding or a related field is a plusApply: To Apply for the Site Welder Fitter - Supervisor position please submit an up to date CV and one of our Consultants will be in touch
