Welding Engineer – Automotive Stamping & Welding
???? Location: Southern California. | ???? $115K – $135K

Leading Automotive & Consumer Products Manufacturer

We’re seeking an experienced Weld Engineer with a strong background in automotive welding, quality, robotics, and stamping (steel & aluminum). Spanish fluency is a big plus!

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead welding solutions for stamping & robotic weld cells (MIG, TIG, Spot)
• Develop procedures, troubleshoot processes, and support prototype builds
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and plant leadership
• Evaluate new tech and manage capital projects
• Work with customers on automotive and consumer product weld applications

✅ Requirements:

• Automotive experience REQUIRED (PPAP, APQP, Die, etc.)
• Bachelor's in engineering + 3+ years in quality or weld engineering
• Strong leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of welding techniques and robotic systems
• Bonus: Spanish fluency, SolidWorks, CAD experience, PLCs
