4 shift week: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 4:45am
VERY competitive pay: £26.47ph (£50928 basic per annum) Overtime up to £34.74ph

The Role
As Plater / Welder Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- \nLeading the team – Overseeing platers and welders, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely
- \nMaintaining safety standards – Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with all health & safety policies
- \nManaging operations – Coordinating materials, equipment, and workflow to optimise production
- \nTraining & development – Supporting and mentoring team members, including apprentices
- \nEnsuring compliance – Keeping accurate records, completing permits, and adhering to company procedures
- \nEffective communication – Liaising with production management to report progress and resolve any issues

What We’re Looking For

- Strong plating and welding experience in a structural steel manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- High attention to detail, particularly in interpreting drawings and documentation
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach, meeting deadlines and demonstrating flexibility with overtime
