Job Title: Welding Project Manager



Location: Southend



Remuneration: Up to £60,000



Contract Details: Full-time, permanent, position



Responsibilities:



Take charge of all welding projects, overseeing and managing every stage from conception to completion.

Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are upheld.

Manage a team of skilled welders, providing guidance, training, and support, to achieve project objectives.

Conduct regular site visits to provide on-site guidance and resolve any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and cost estimates for potential clients.

Maintain accurate documentation, including project files, reports, and change orders.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns or changes.

Continuously evaluate and improve project performance, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Welding Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
