Are you ready to take on the role of Wellview Tech for a major EPC project in Midland, Texas? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and materials management process, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of project deliverables.
Role Overview
- Materials Coordination: Schedule and maintain shipments, both internal and external.
- Travel Coordination: Field incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Logistics Planning and Execution: Serve as the interface between the Logistics Manager/Lead and Contractor organization.
- Construction Support: Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams to provide logistics and materials management support.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during logistics and materials management processes.
- Procurement Management: Assist with procurement of necessary materials and equipment for the project.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for project documentation and presentations.
- Business Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and overseas to project sites to provide functional support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Logistics Planning and Execution Experience: Previous experience in managing logistics for large-scale projects.
- Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes and procedures.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a project setting.
- Procurement Skills: Ability to assist with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including managers, clients, and customers.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical field .
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement.
