Position Overview:
CRDN of Michigan and Northwest Ohio is looking for a Western Michigan Restoration Operations Manager to join our positive, exciting, and diverse team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. This position will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of the field service teams, routing, scheduling, warehouse management, and cleaning and restoration production for the West Michigan Region. The Western Michigan Restoration Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations by being the primary point of contact for all pick-up scheduling and delivery requests. This will also include effectively handling field service teams, the warehouse, and operational issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routing/scheduling of field teams ensuring territory is maintained/covered.
- Subject matter expert utilizing CRDN warehouse software application.
- Ability to train critical path input from entry through delivery within the application.
- Proficient with XRM, SPOT, FSA, WTA, and basic Microsoft office.
- Efficient in reviewing the initial estimate invoice.
- Proficient in onsite category count to produce a reserve at beginning of claim.
- Continually assess service performance levels to ensure timely action is taken in resolving any issues/barriers.
- Maintain, track, and document each assigned job, showing the progression of the process from input to delivery.
- Ensure all jobs are imported into XRM

- Understands program guidelines for all jobs.
- Develop a schedule for ongoing training to ensure all necessary field, drivers, and warehouse staff are cross-trained.
- Collaborate and communicate with the local routing department and assist with support locally and/or out of area when needed.
- Meet weekly with the Routing and Logistics Director and senior leadership providing updates on production, field teams, drivers, jobs in process, overdue jobs, results of KPI’s, equipment concerns, and personnel issues.
- Build and maintain a positive work environment by recognizing team members for their contributions and value to the company.
- Oversee the process for testing, packaging, and quality control areas for both electronics and contents while maintaining records of spot checks for employees.
- Manage labor hours, travel, fuel, and supplies within budget, maximizing time and cost efficiencies.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure a positive and efficient workflow.
- Verify all orders entering the warehouse utilizing software application.
- Total Loss inventory completed within 5 days of arrival in the warehouse Oversee all vehicle inspections and maintenance of the department.
- Oversee and manage the transition to the new warehouse and set up the cleaning and restoration and equipment layout for the West Michigan Operations facility.
- Weekly payroll verification.
- Submit purchase orders and maintain an inventory of all department supplies.
Qualifications:
- Restoration and customer service experience: 5 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Focus on Word and Excel), experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Stong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Located in the Grand Rapids area.
- Able to clear a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work authorization.
