Job Summary:
Wireline Field Operator Reports To: Wireline Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble required gun and setting tool components at the well site carefully and without error
- Assist crew members and engineer on site to conduct wireline operations safely and efficiently
- Keep track of and perform maintenance on equipment and tools in the field
- Observe fellow crew members, communicate potential hazards, corrective actions and safe work practices

Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to follow instructions and directions
- Must be proficient with written and verbal communication
- Must work well with others and understand the importance of/adhere to working as a team
Job Requirement:
- Prefer at least 1 year oilfield experiencePhysical ability to lift heavy equipment and guns (shooting 14+ stages per 24 hours)Good standing with DISA (drug and alcohol testing program) requiredClass A or B CDL w/ hazmat required (will give you 60 days to get one if you don't have one already)Clear driving record the past 3-5 years AND have the ability to be insured (see below)Must be in good standing with the ATF and have the ability to pass a background checkComplete all Noble Casing, Inc. and industry specific trainingRemain up-to-date on all required training and re-certificationsMust use proper PPE at all timesAbility to work in extreme weather conditions
Physical Demands

- Lifting of 20 pounds maximum with possibility of frequent lifting and, or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Medium Duty
- Lifting of 50 pounds maximum with possibility of frequent lifting and, or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Heavy Work This one
- Lifting of 100 pounds maximum with possibility of frequent lifting and, or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more
Driver Criteria:
This is our guideline for insured drivers. Individual exceptions may be considered to some degree.
Requiring Driver Exclusions:
- One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60 month period
- Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36 month period
- Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36 month period
- One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36 month period
Type of Violations Defined:
- Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test and charges of reckless
driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with
a suspended license.
- Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
- Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane change,
failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
- Type D: Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing
traffic, failure to display registration or driver's license.
Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage
