Workday Architect - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, and implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards.
• Define and drive the long-term architectural direction, ensuring solutions fit within the overall enterprise strategy.
• Manage system upgrades and integrations, collaborating with integration consultants for seamless third-party connections.
• Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and enterprise architects to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Workday solutions.

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven experience architecting Workday solutions, particularly in HR domain and Workday modules like Core HCM, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
• Ability to independently lead solution design within a Workday Platform team and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing Workday integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and transformation.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Hybrid/3x a week in Luton
• Day Rate: Up to £600 per day - (Inside IR35)
