JGA are supporting an innovative organization, is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join their growing HR Operations team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support and develop Workday HCM systems across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Workday HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day system maintenance and support for Workday modules, including HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence.
- Collaborate with international HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues.
- Generate and maintain a variety of reports and dashboards to support HR operations.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes.
- Ensure data integrity through audits and routine maintenance.
Workday HRIS Analyst - Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, learning management, and payroll.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
