Working Student Inhouse Consulting - Business Improvement and Operations (all genders)

Your roleAs the company's Inhouse Consulting, we drive projects across all our business sectors, ranging from Life Science to Healthcare, Electronics, and Group Functions. With more than 70 highly qualified colleagues, we advise our business functions on the successful design and implementation of global strategy, growth, and optimization. Based at our HQ in Darmstadt, in the Greater Boston Area (USA) as well as in Singapore & Shanghai, we are a truly interdisciplinary, international, and diverse team. Driven by our passion for consulting, we work closely with our internal clients on a wide range of national or global, cross-functional, and company-wide projects with end-to-end project responsibility.We are looking for a working student (all genders) with an affinity for data and digital. You will support the Global Excellence Manager on a wide range of tasks ‒ from desk research to analysis, presentations, and development to successful implementation of concepts. You will help identify areas of improvement in internal key processes along the consulting value chain. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse, young, and innovative environment, and contribute your own ideas. The position is part-time (16-20 h/week) for a minimum of 6 months. Who you are:Enrolled Master’s student (all genders) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Economics, or related subjectsIdeally already relevant experience from working student/intern positions in strategy, consultancy, or businessQuick apprehension, self-initiative, and highly reliable working attitude paired with a curious, goal-oriented, and open personalityVery good skills in MS Office and ideally Tableau and/or Palantir FoundryExcellent written and oral communication in English and German What we offer:With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
