The position is based at the Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen plant. The Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen plant will produce the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz and AMG electric vehicles from 5. We are looking for you for tasks to coordinate and control logistics planning in Sindelfingen. These are some of the challenges you will face: You will support the planning control of the Compact Cars platform internationally as part of several ramp-ups in two plantsYou manage deadlines for the evaluation of change requests of the higher-level project organization between the logistics planning groupsYou have a knack for data management and integration, for example you can extract the important information from large data sets using MS Excel pivot tables and MS Power BIYou prepare cross-departmental planning workshops with a large number of participants and provide support during implementation and follow-upYou are responsible for maintaining the common quantity structure of logistics planning for two plants in the global Compact Cars production networkYou prepare draft resolutions for middle and top management QualifikationenDegree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable course of studyProficient in written and spoken German and EnglishConfident handling of MS OfficeGood to very good academic performance, extracurricular commitment desirableAbility to work in a team, communication and conflict management skillsConfident manner towards management level, internal and external project partners High degree of independence and initiative Practical knowledge of projects in the automotive and supplier industry is desirableOpen mindset and honest interest in the opinions and experiences of process partnersWillingness to experiment when designing technical solutions and social processes The position is initially limited to six months.
