The Human Resources (HR) Communications team is responsible for global communication with business, regional, daily and specialist media as well as for internal communication of HR topics to the entire workforce within the global corporate communications of Mercedes-Benz AG. The variety of topics ranges from personality stories to training and development to classic business-related HR topics. These are some of the challenges you will face:Get to know internal communication and the everyday life of a press officer with us, take the opportunity to gain an insight into the HR topics of an international company and actively help shape communication.Your tasks will include Creating and editing articles for the social intranet as well as press releases and texts for external communicationConducting interviews on topics from the HR departmentSupporting the preparation/execution of internal events and press appointments Supporting the processing of internal inquiries, press inquiries and projectsCreating question and answer catalogs (Q&As), briefings, presentations, etc.Assisting with cross-media communication campaigns and activities for the workforceCollaboration in the creation of communication concepts and the development of new communication formatsResearching and preparing figures, data and facts (corporate data)Collecting and preparing internal posts, press clippings and documentationQualifikationenDegree program in the field of communication sciences, humanities or social sciences, journalism, business administration/economics or a comparable degree programInitial practical experience in journalism or communication is an advantageConfident written and spoken German and English skillsConfident handling of MS OfficeCreativity, curiosity and enthusiasm, flexibility and communication skills, personal commitment, organizational talent, reliability Enjoy creating texts, affinity and experience in dealing with social media Additional information: Further information on the recruitment criteria can be found".If you are a national of a country outside the European Economic Area, please send us your residence/work permit.
